Burnout syndromes or burnout at work is a condition in which a person experiences continuous emotional exhaustion resulting from stress and pressure at work without proper emotional management or elimination. This causes a person to feel a loss of energy, fatigue, exhaustion, discouragement, or lack of motivation to work, and a negative attitude towards work or the work they do,

which makes them unhappy at work, lose motivation to work, and have reduced work efficiency. This affects relationships with people around them and coworkers. The main causes of burnout are pressure from work and bad interactions between people that build up over a long period of time until you feel you cannot handle all the tasks, leading to chronic emotional stress. How to cure burnout syndrome ?

Find the root cause. Everyone has different causes of burnout. Finding the cause will help you fix it more accurately. If it is cause by an excessive workload, try to say no to time-consuming tasks or not attend meetings that you are not involve with. Or if the work does not have a clear goal, try to set goals. This will make the success clearer.

Get enough sleep. Getting enough quality sleep helps restore your body’s energy and fatigue, promotes well-being, and helps you stay healthy in the long run.

Take time to recharge yourself. Get out of your usual environment, places and atmosphere. Go out and do something different from your usual activities. Let nature heal your mind. Not only will your body rest, but your heart will also be able to let go.

Mindfulness, meditation , controlling your breathing in and out, being conscious of your feelings, thoughts. And actions will help your mind to be calm, relaxed and not distracted. Including adjusting your mindset or negative attitude towards work, the work you do. Your boss or coworkers to not feel stressed and pressured.
